Unless we provided you with a specific date, all reinforcing products will usually ship out within 2-3 business days. All reinforcing bars that need to be cut & bent (such as links, stirrups, corner bars & starter bars - if they are not in stock) might only be shipped within 3-5 days to allow for the bars to be cut and bent, depending on the workload of our manufacturers.
All our Reinforcing / Mesh deliveries are usually made via flat deck truck to our Customers' business or construction site. Small orders can be offloaded by hand. For larger orders our Customers need to provide a forklift / crane / digger / manitou to offload at site - alternatively please contact us if Hiab truck delivery is required.

Portaloo Hire
Due to their weight (almost 100kg) and difficulty to carry, all our portaloos will be delivered right next to the truck onto the ground via a tail lift. Please ensure that there is sufficient room for a truck to stop where you need the portaloo to be delivered.
Machinery (compactors / saws / concrete mixers /etc.)
We aim to ship out all orders the next business day after receiving payment.
We can provide a custom quote to deliver your order to your business address - please request a delivery quote through our Get A Quote page.
Alternatively our shipping calculator at our checkout page will calculate the cost to deliver your order to your closest Mainstream / Mainfreight Depot and must be collected within 3 working days after reaching the Depot.
Order Confirmation
As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.
If your order is not available for immediate shipment, then we won't charge your card and we'll reach out to you via e-mail to find out if you'd be happy to wait a few days or make alternative arrangements.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery. If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to support@savebuild.com.au then visit our Easy Returns page and lodge your return claim online.

Q: Where are you located - can I pick my order up somewhere?
A: Our products are dispatched directly from managed warehouses - unfortunately the public is not allowed to collect from these locations. All our orders are fulfilled online and shipping rates will be shown at check-out. Q: Why don't you allow pick ups?
A: We used to allow Customers to collect from our warehouses, however after witnessing many Customers arrive with the wrong vehicles, trailers that are too small, incorrect lifting gear, not enough people to load their orders into their vehicles, and also witnessing several safety incidents, we decided to move to an "Online Store" model. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Q: Which payment options do you offer?
A: Visit any product page at our website, add the items to your cart, check out and pay via credit card. We can also generate a draft invoice for payment via internet banking (this is the faster option). At this stage we don't operate on accounts or credit. Q: What warranty do you offer?
A: All our products come with the standard full warranty of the equipment manufacturer. For machinery this is usually 12 months. Please message us if you have a warranty question for any specific product.
